Want to play guess the price. Then speak to the very unhelpful (in fact very rude) Rachel the Store manager on the phone. Just visited this store. What a shock worst B&Q for customer service. Picked up 5 solar lights went to pay for them only to find out that they were £15 more than the only Shelf ticket price. One member of staff said it was marked on Shelf. It was not. I have several photos clearly showing no marking. One member of staff went to change them but due to lack of labelling confused her and she got the same as we had.. Left with no lights a great deal of disappointment. Rang the store manager Rachel, to say how bad we thought it was, she was awful. No apology for lack of pricing or the confusion it caused in fact she was very rude on the phone. So after speaking to her I was even more disappointed and upset. B&Q Walsall - ideal for spoiling a bank holiday.
