Simply outstanding service
I transferred my business on five properties here a few years ago. Service has been honest, thorough and wholly professional. Elaine the shop manager is sheer efficiency on legs. Focus is on what we need not on what they want to sell. Price is invariably less than I am expecting to pay. Any error is rectified immediately without argument. They have put right serious faults left by the previous carpet company - Carpetstyle at Sankeys Corner, Burntwood. Well happy; recommend without hesitation.
