Purchased a large order of sofa, loveseat, footstools x 3, nest of tables, rug, etc. on 9 November. They failed to deliver the Saturday before Christmas, didn't apologise, then turned up on Christmas Eve. They delivered sofa unit that was DAMAGED, and the rest of the matching furniture had the WRONG FEET. None of the matching furniture was actually right. We reported this at the beginning of January because we had heard nothing from them. They DID NOTHING during January. Finally, at the END OF FEBRUARY a technician came out and repaired Sofology's damage to the sofa - wasting my time, causing me inconvenience. I had to wait in for several deliveries of feet & cloth. None of the feet were correct. Finally, they worked out the right colour & number of feet required -said they would send them. THEY DIDN'T. 5 MONTHS LATER I still don't have the sofa I thought I was purchasing. They are argumentative, obstructive, unhelpful, they make excuses and make threats about invalidating the warranty   01-05-19
