I booked appointment and left £40 deposit. Due to my baby being ill on appointment day I called to reschedule to another date to be told I can but I loose my deposit and need to pay it again. Well forget that I don't mind paying for the art to be done but to keep my deposit when I ask to reschedule ain't right. If I cancelled yeah but I was rescheduling due to not being able to attend as my daughter was ill so I had to be home with her. SO NOT HAPPY
